Planted in 2004 and still growing...

The value of fertilizer in our world may be common knowledge to those in the world of agronomy and horticulture, but it's safe to say that most people certainly aren't experts when it comes to plant nutrients.

In 2004, seven of the world's most respected fertilizer companies came together to change all that.

They wanted to put together an organization that was science-based, factual, informative, resourceful, while at the same time, put the value of fertilizer into perspective. What resulted was the Nutrients for Life Foundation, a non-profit public education organization.

Today, the Foundation boasts members from all over the world and is firmly committed to developing a variety of resources and initiatives to educate the public on the vital role fertilizer plays in all our lives.
